Help Us to Help You

We are working hard to get the much-missed Woodpecker Cafe children's play area back into full use. Discussions are taking place with the council on how our charity can help to make this happen.
We are focused on how we can work together to repair the main fort area, potentially adding a new play piece for ages 5-12, and provide better seating and picnic areas.
Jan 2025 we applied to Veolia Trust for £75k of funding, to enhance the money already allocated by BCP Council, but we ideally need to raise a further £15-20k ourselves.

Karen and her team of volunteers are doing a great job with the open space to create an urban garden, with many stopping by and suggesting what a fantastic canvas that brick wall makes for some artwork!

We asked the community if they would like to see artwork (think earthy tones & nature context), to be left as-is or hide the wall with shrubbery and planting.

Many think a is mural preferable, and we are asking for your help to enable us to make a masterpiece.
